Zenji Nio has been honored as an eminent international thinker by Nagpur University and has lectured alongside professors from Harvard, Oxford, George Washington, Toronto, Berkley, Seoul, Tokyo, Taiwan, Beijing, Concordia and Wilfred among others.


Harvard
Zenji Nio has lectured alongside distinguished professors of Harvard including Chris Queen with whom Zenji was profiled as "a world-renowned authority on Buddhism" and with Professor Sugata Bose with whom Zenji Nio lectured on behalf of the Govt of India
University of Toronto
Zenji Nio has lectured on Buddhism at various events at the University of Toronto and was the keynote speaker for the Proclamation of Veask organized by the University of Toronto at Queen's Park. Zenji Nio also represented Canada at the NAIN Conference at the University of Toronto and has lectured on Buddhism for events held by the IDI and attended by the Acting Prime Minister of Canada.

Zenji Nio has lectured alongside distinguished professors of Oxford who invited Zenji Nio to visit Oxford and gave him a tour of the Ashmoleon to discuss Buddhist artifacts.
